long pants and a clean t-shirt – no cutoffs or ripped shirts. They will complete the job in a professional, clean and neat manner.

 

In addition, we are a fully licensed and insured General Contractor. Even if you don’t choose to work with Joswig, there are some things you should find out when having contractors work on your property:

3.     Is the contractor INSURED to do construction work?  Request a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. Every legitimate company

will be able to easily provide this. If they can't do this don't hire them!

4.     Be wary if the contractor asks for money up front - most reputable companies will wait until the work is completed to your

satisfaction before asking to be paid.

5.     Get several written estimates and closely compare the scope of work - make sure that everything you need done is written out

in complete detail.

6.     Ask for references and call them.
